cancellation & refund policy

 CANCELLATION

All cancellations need to be made within 1 week of the due date and the 50% deposit is nonrefundable.

If the order is paid in full and is cancelled within 1 week of the order date, then 50% of the full payment can be debited back into your bank account. If you need to postpone your order to another date, please call me to discuss.

In the event that "For the Luv of Cakes" has to cancel your order for an unforeseen reason, a full refund will be given.

REFUNDS

 Unfortunately "For the Luv of Cakes" cannot accept customer returns/refunds/exchanges on any products.
