Pick up/Delivery Policy

PICK UP

1. A confirmation email/text will be sent 3 days prior to the order date to confirm the date, time, order details and if applicable, any money that is outstanding.
2. If full payment has not been received 1 day prior to the order date, the order will not be fulfilled and an email/text will be sent notifying you that the order will not be made.
3. Once you have picked up your order, it is your responsibility and "For the Luv of Cakes" will not be held accountable for anything that happens to your order once you leave the premises.

DELIVERY

1. A confirmation email/text will be sent prior to the order date to confirm the date, time, order details and if applicable, any money that is outstanding.
2. If full payment has not been received 1 day prior to the order date, the order will not be fulfilled and an email/text will be sent notifying you that the order will not be made.
3. FREE delivery is available to areas within a 10km radius of Woy Woy.
4. A $10 delivery fee is payable to all other areas within a 20km radius of Woy Woy.
5. A person must be present to accept delivery of the order as no items that have been ordered will be left unattended.
6. If there is no one present to accept delivery, the order will be returned to the home business and an email/text/call will be made to arrange to have someone collect the order from 9 Oak Street, Blackwall NSW 2256.
7. Once your order has been handed over, it is your responsibility and "For the Luv of Cakes" will not be held accountable for anything that happens to your order once it has been handed to you.
